Mountain We Call Home started with a simple observation: some of the most powerful stories in this country are happening on trails most people will never walk. Runners pushing past limits they didn't know they had. Communities holding onto traditions that the mountains taught them. People finding out who they are on a ridgeline, far from anywhere else.

We tell those stories through film and features — not from the outside looking in, but from the ground up, shaped by the people actually living them.

Roots to the Peak, our 2026 documentary produced with Here for the Women Race and Philtra, is where that mission comes to life on screen. It follows Angelie Cabalo and Joy Beltran, two women whose journeys capture exactly what this platform is about: resilience that's rooted, identity that's earned, and stories that rise from the ground up.
